My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were creatively appointed and a real exercise in architectural design, making them spacious, stylish, and super comfortable. The staff was beyond amazing, with welcoming smiles and friendly hearts, they truly went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. The location was great, tucked down a narrow romantic street but still close to the Jardin and Cathedral. And let's not forget the exceptional food that is recognized internationally for its excellence.

My stay at the hotel was like staying in a chic home of a rich friend with impeccable taste. The rooms were gorgeous, complete with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, although some maintenance issues needed attention. The service was superior, offering top-notch cuisine and a friendly atmosphere. The location was prime, close to major landmarks and attractions in San Miguel. Dining was a delightful experience with a complimentary delicious breakfast. However, the designer chic style of the rooms sometimes sacrificed functionality. The hotel excelled in creating a luxurious ambiance akin to a wealthy friend's residence, but some areas needed attention to ensure a seamless experience for guests.

The hotel had a nice but not very practical room decor, and I had to 'fight' to get the reserved room. The staff, especially when attending to someone not feeling well, was extremely attentive and willing to please. The location was ideal for walking to most places, and the dining experience was delicious and beautifully presented. However, the remote for the room was easily misplaced, and the size was a bit on the smaller side.

However, some basic amenities were lacking, and there were certain malfunctions, such as an extremely noisy air conditioner.
